Help with Clued, your purchases and your data. If your question isn't answered here, email us at hello@clued.app.
Contact us
Email hello@clued.app. In the app, open Settings and tap Contact us to start an email to the same address.
To help us answer, tell us:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The Clued version, shown at the bottom of Settings
- The case you were playing, if it's about a case
- What happened, with a screenshot if you have one
Restore purchases
Purchases belong to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after you reinstall Clued, restore them:
- Open Clued and tap the gear on the case board to open Settings.
- Under Membership, tap Restore purchases.
- Wait for the message “Purchases restored.”
If Clued says no purchases were found, check that this iPhone is signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you paid with, then try again. Still stuck? Email hello@clued.app.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Apple handles Clued subscriptions and payments, so you change or cancel them with Apple. From Clued, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or, on your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Clued, then choose another plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting Clued, or deleting your data, does not cancel a subscription.
Delete your data
You can delete your player data from inside Clued:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete player data. If you signed in with Apple, it says Delete account.
- Confirm. This permanently deletes your saved progress, and it can't be undone.
If you no longer have the app, or deleting doesn't work, email hello@clued.app and we'll help.
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it with Apple first.
What Clued collects and why is explained in our Privacy Policy.
